Startup Survival Series : Forming a Legal Entity

Join us on August 15th, 6-8 PM at the Denbigh Community Center for our next Startup Survival Series event, Forming a Legal Entity! This event is presented by John Paris, Corporate and Securities Partner at Williams Mullen.

This will be a great learning experience for anybody who is thinking about starting a business, as well as owners of recently created small business. And, even for experienced business owners, this event is a great refresher! You will have to make important legal and financial decisions regarding your business–make sure you’re informed.
